Since its initial release in 2007, Apple’s iPhone has revolutionized how we interact with smartphones. With over 2.2 billion units sold worldwide, iPhones are renowned for their premium build quality and seamless software experience.
However, some iPhone users have reported a frustrating issue: a blurry screen in the top left corner. This blurriness resembles the background of DSLR camera photos and covers half of the notification bar, making it difficult for users to see the time or access notifications. Despite attempting to reset their iPhones to factory settings, users have found no relief from this problem.
The blurry corner issue has been documented by iPhone owners since December 2020. While Apple has yet to provide an official comment on the matter, a temporary workaround has been discovered. Switching from light mode to dark mode in the Settings app, specifically in the Display and Brightness section, seems to alleviate the problem. This suggests that the issue is related to software rather than hardware.
A user claims to have contacted Apple, who assured them that the blurry screen problem will be addressed in the upcoming iOS 15.6 update. However, until an official fix is implemented, it is recommended to try the dark mode workaround.
We will continue to monitor this issue and provide updates as new information becomes available. Stay tuned for the latest developments.
