  5. Obsession with details: Every small imperfection angers and stresses you out, whether it’s an overcooked meal or a waiter who takes a little longer than expected.
  6. Self-criticism: You’re constantly giving yourself a hard time and feeling like you could have done better. Your standards may be so high that they’re unattainable.
